Top tips to keep your property in tip top condition – part 3

How long is it since you went into the roof space of your property? And not just to stick the Christmas decorations back up there but to have  a proper look at the roof structure.  Hopefully the worst of the winter is now behind us and it’s now a good time to check all is in order.

Get your ladder out, get up there and have a look.  Make sure that there is no light penetrating the roof.  Check that the sarking felt is neatly attached. This property in Rossendale was newly built in 2006 and is still in good order but unless this sarking felt is re-attached it will deteriorate.  Ensure your property is well maintained to avoid having to make costly repairs.
